Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We charge a flat $7.50 flat for shipment of all basic items including CDs and printed musics by standard ground service via US Postal Service or Canada Post with destination within contiguous US and Canada. Shipping internationally outside US and Canada or by other express methods will be quoted upon receipt of order.

Payment
We accept PayPal for payment of your order.

Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason except for damage upon receipt. You must contact us immediately by phone or email if you found the item damaged but in no case exceeding 7 days after receipt. Damaged item will be exchanged for new one upon receipt of the original item (including packaging) and copy of our invoice. To ensure that your damage claim is handled properly, you must obtain a exchange authorization number prior to sending the damaged item back.
